The Empowered Nanny is a hands-on, professional training course designed to equip nannies with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to care for babies and toddlers with empathy, excellence, and structure. 

Newborn Course: 

For nannies caring for babies aged 0–12 months

Topics include:

• Newborn needs, cues & soothing
• Safe sleep & sleep shaping
• Sterilising, bottle-feeding & burping
• Nappy changing & hygiene
• Postpartum household support
• Supporting mom during maternity leave
• Time management & communication
