Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jointhehood.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Bedfordview, Johannesburg
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note below items are not returnable:
- Pacifiers and soothers
- Teethers
- Bottles, teats, spouts and straws
- Breast pumps and breast-pump accessories
- Nipple shields, nursing pads and milk-storage products
- Opened feeding products and utensils
- Opened skincare, toiletries and bath products
- Used potties and toilet-training products
- Swimwear and underwear without the hygiene strip
- Mattresses, mattress protectors and changing mats once opened or used
- Car seats once unpackaged, installed or used unless defective
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Furniture or toys that have been assembled
- Opened clay, paint, slime and sensory products
- Any item that has been used, washed, worn, altered or damaged

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Sorry, no refunds, we are very happy to exchange if you are unhappy with a size, colour, incorrect or damaged product. All requests can be sent to info@jointhehood.co.za
