Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • Processing times may be extended during launches, promotions, and peak periods

 

Delivery Options & Rates


Local Door-to-Door Deliveries (Gauteng)

  • Heavy Item Shipping: R200
  • Courier Guy Direct: R120
  • Pudo: R69


Nationwide Deliveries

  • Heavy Item Shipping: R300
  • Courier Guy Direct: R160
  • Pudo: R69

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Gauteng: 1–3 Business Days
  • Major Centres Nationwide: 2–5 Business Days
  • Outlying Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Please note that delivery estimates are subject to courier operations and may vary.

 

Tracking

Tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.


Heavy / Oversized Items

Certain large, bulky, or oversized products may incur additional shipping charges.

Where applicable, our team will contact you prior to dispatch should any surcharge apply.

 

Courier Delays

While we partner with trusted courier providers, Motherhood cannot be held liable for delays once parcels are in transit with third-party couriers.

 

Collection Orders

Customers selecting local collection will be notified once their order is ready for pickup.

Please do not collect prior to receiving confirmation.

 

Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is entered correctly at checkout.

Additional courier fees may apply for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Redirected parcels
