1. Gift Vouchers
“Gift Vouchers” refer to electronic vouchers that customers purchase online for someone else as a gift. These are delivered to the recipient as an email or a print-at-home card. These are available from us online and are purchased in fixed, Rand value amounts, e.g. R200.
- Purchases will be deducted from the voucher amount until the Rand value reaches zero.
- The balance showing on the Momcart system is binding.
- The Gift Voucher is valid for 36 months from date of purchase
2. Voucher Restrictions
- Purchased Vouchers (Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers) cannot be used to purchase another voucher.
- Purchased Vouchers (Gift Cards / Gift Vouchers) cannot be used in conjunction with promotional vouchers.
3. Refunds on Returns
We cannot refund in cash, purchases made with a marketing or promotional voucher. We will either reinstate the used voucher with a limited extension of the expiration date or issue you with a new one in line with our returns policy.
